1. Notice to Registration
Paghiram Cash is owned and operated by CASHMOTO LENDING INC. a domestic corporation duly established under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines (hereinafter referred to as " CASHMOTO "). This Agreement is a fully binding contract between CASHMOTO and the registered user of Paghiram Cash (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You"), applicable to all activities of the User on Paghiram Cash.
Before you register as a user of Paghiram Cash, please carefully review all the following terms. By registering, accessing, and using Paghiram Cash, you accept to be bound by the following terms when using Paghiram Paghiram Cash's services, and you undertake that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms under this Agreement. You also commit to abide by all current laws, rules, regulations, and other governmental requirements. You shall solely bear all the legal liability associated with any consequences resulting from your violation of the aforementioned provisions. If you do not agree to these terms or if you cannot fully understand any of the terms in this Agreement, please refrain from registering as a user or using Paghiram Cash's services.
This privacy policy applies to how Paghiram Cash handles personally identifiable information left when users log in to the APP and server. By using our services, you consent to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below and automatically consent to the collection, use, storage, analysis, and manipulation of your data information in accordance with this Privacy Policy to provide you with a great customer experience. Please note that this privacy policy may be amended from time to time to comply with data privacy requirements, coverage, and technical security developments, and that the modified agreement will take effect as soon as it is published.
2.Collection and Use of Information
Paghiram Cash will collect your personally identifiable information when you register a Paghiram Cash account, use other Paghiram Cash products or services, access Paghiram Cash webpages, or participate in promotional or prize-winning games. When you register a Paghiram Cash account, we will ask for your name, email address, interests, birthday, gender, and other personal information, in addition to a personal profile. Once you are successfully registered with Paghiram Cash, we will be able to identify you when you log in to the server. Paghiram Paghiram Cash uses this information to enhance the quality of the loan services that we provide and to improve effectiveness in better tailoring our services to your interests and needs.
3. Disclosure and Sharing of Information
When you submit information, it shall be deemed as your consent to Paghiram Cash regarding the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information by Paghiram Cash. Paghiram Cash will never display, rent, or sell your personally identifiable information to others.
We collect Personal Information in connection with our Services. When we use the term "Personal Information", we are referring to information that can be used to uniquely identify a user and may include, but is not limited to: Name, Gender, place and date of birth, domicile, telephone number, email address, job, and the user's Facebook, Vber, Lazada, Grab, and other information we need.
Paghiram Cash will not share any personally identifiable information with other parties except as described in this policy and in the applicant consent form signed by the client. Paghiram Cash also processes anonymous data, whether aggregated or not, to analyze and generate statistics related to product usage patterns and user statistics. This anonymous data does not allow identification of users associated with it. Paghiram Cash can share anonymous data with third parties, whether aggregated or not.
The following circumstances are excluded:
3.1 When your desired products and services can only be provided if your
personal information is disclosed;
3.2 When we are required to provide information to companies that
provide products or services on our behalf (unless we notify you
otherwise, these companies do not have the right to use your personally
identifiable information);
3.3 When we are required to comply with a court summons, court order, or
legal process; When we discover that you have violated the terms of use
of Paghiram Cash.
Paghiram Cash is not responsible for any collection, disclosure, and/or use of your personal information provided by you to any third party's website that may be linked to or from our website.
We have the right to replace, add, change, or reduce the kind of information we need without the consent of any party in accordance with applicable regulations in the Philippines. Personal information can be kept for a certain period in accordance with the needs of Paghiram Cash.
4. Use of Information
Your personal information is used to understand your needs and improve
our services. Paghiram Cash collects and processes user information for
the following purposes:
4.1 Enhancing product services and optimizing Paghiram Cash's offerings.
4.2 Verifying user identities and ensuring information accuracy through
comparison with third-party sources.
4.3 Providing requested notices, marketing activities, and commercial
information.
4.4 Paghiram Cash commits to never providing, selling, renting, sharing,
or transmitting user personal information to unrelated third parties.
5. Protection of Information
We prioritize your privacy and ensure the security of personally identifiable information collected by Paghiram Cash. All data is stored in secure databases under our control, and measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and technical safeguards.

Your Paghiram Cash account is password protected to ensure the security of your privacy and information. Under certain conditions, Paghiram Cash uses the universally accepted SSL encryption system to ensure the security of information transfer.

However, we cannot guarantee 100% security and cannot be held responsible for the security of information provided by users. Personal information is permanently deleted when no longer needed, and we do not sell or disclose it to third parties without prior consent or as required by law.

Paghiram Cash reserves the right to update or modify this privacy policy at any time. Significant changes to the policy will be prominently posted on our app to ensure users are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
8. Use of Contact Information
8.1 To assist in the loan approval process, credit rating assessment,
and verification of the authenticity and validity of each loan.
8.2 To help determine the credit limits for users.
8.3 To ensure the stable operation of our loan services and high
recovery rates.
We assure that your contacts will not be disturbed unless it is necessary to service your account.
9 Sharing User Information with Third Parties
9.1 If a loan is overdue and the user is uncontactable, we may share your personal and loan overdue information with public entities or partners as permitted by law.
9.2 In cases of contractual violations or fraud, user information and related details may be disclosed, potentially affecting other users and leading to legal actions.
9.3 For loans that are significantly overdue, if necessary, this information might be shared with trustees or others to try to contact the user through reference numbers.
9.4 User information provided by third parties (when registration is done through them) will be monitored and confirmed.
9.5 Reference number lists and other user information may be shared with affiliates, partners, and third-party service providers to ensure loan authenticity and validity.
10. Privacy Statement
Paghiram Cash's privacy policy is formulated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. As defined by Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Privacy Act"), which regulates the handling and collection of information provided by investors or lenders, as well as how Paghiram Cash, its assignees, subsidiaries, and affiliates collect, use, store, and analyze such information.
Paghiram Cash values our customers and commits to protecting all personal data that users may provide. Please carefully read the Privacy Policy before accessing and using Paghiram Cash. This Privacy Policy contains important terms that affect your legal rights. By registering or submitting a loan application form, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained therein, and are deemed to consent to our collection, use, storage, and analysis of your data information accordingly. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may choose not to proceed with registration or loan application.
